A revolutionarized Green Product. It does not have any chemicals in its composition. It is manufactured out of natural mineral oil with reverse nano technology. It does not interfere with the chemical composition of existing lubricants being used in the machines/equipments. The molecules of LME bond with the molecules of metal both ferrous and non- ferrous upto 3-4 microns in the 1st treatment and upto 7-8 microns in the subsequent treatments. This makes the treated steel parts strong like Titanium but not brittle. Once the steel parts are treated by LME, the friction between them appears like two glass sheets rubbing against each other smoothly due to lubricants LME does not mix with the existing lubricant. The lubricant being used acts as a carrier for LME for its bonding to the metal surfaces of engines/machinery.
Metal moving parts create friction and thus heat and wear & tear.LME range of products, based on molecular science technology, help to reduce friction. Each LME metal-treatment product is a liquid (except grease), but not a lubricant, which increases the efficiency of engines, machines, anything with metal moving parts It is not sticky or oily and it does not replace the entire lubricant. It is not an additive and does not mix with the engine oil. It has positively charged molecules and it bonds with the metal surface at the molecular level. This product can be applied to any thing that generates friction. Anything which has metal moving parts can benefit from it in a significant way. Just by treating any friction parts with these Metal Treatment Concentrates, all such friction parts will record reduced friction. This can be measured by reduced temperature, reduced vibration, quieter operations - these means less load, less fuel required, and more efficiency in any engineering language. Much more important than this, are the parts treated will be protected from wear. Treated parts normally last twice as long than if they are not treated with these products. LME loves heat. It is attracted to friction heat spots where it is most needed. Machines or vehicles treated are also water-proofed should there be flooding. In Singapore, a taxi submerged in a swimming pool overnight, was revived with LME treatment.
After initial treatment (where only 10-15% of the lubricant is replaced with LME), treatment periods are gradually extended from double extended oil change to 3x, 4x and even up to 7 times.

Let us take an example: some machines have oil change every 250 hours.
Start with 10% LME 1st treatment; 2nd 10% treatment at next 250 hours
3rd treatment at next 500 hours (only change filter at 250 hours)
4th treatment at next 750 hours
5th treatment at next 1000 hours (this is 4x extended oil change - only change filter as required.)
Think of continuous productivity with minimal down time and machines running at near-optimal efficiency. Parts not being replaced at least twice as long- this translates into huge savings.
Basically, this Metal Treatment Concentrate treats metal surfaces; it does not treat the oil. There are different groups of uses. For example:
1) 1st group - Engine Formulation, Formula 2-6-8: These are used to treat Engines, Transmissions, Differentials, Power Steering, Hydraulics, Gears & Generators.
2) 2nd group - Fuel Conditioner: This treats the fuel and the whole fuel line. Treatments also ensure that fuel is dispersed in uniform molecular size spray to maximise complete combustion. Fuel savings of various degrees are experienced by all users.
3) 3rd group - Penetrating Lubricant and Grease - to be treated on any friction parts that glide, slide and roll; cutters and drills, all bearings to get efficiency and longest possible wear. It should be noted that this grease repels dust and water. As a result, it is an excellent formula against rust formation
Treatment intervals can be extended. For example, in the case of crane greasing, LME grease product extends the need to re-grease by 3x-6x. This leads to less maintenance (costs) yet increased performance and productivity.
Lubricants are usually an expense commodity. They add costs to the operations. However, in the case of this product, for every rupee spent, there is a savings potential of extended oil change, extended life of the machine; yet less maintenance, less down time.
